Overview

coaigence, LLC ("coaigence," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our products and services, including cultivaite, our AI-powered lead capture and market intelligence utility.

coaigence operates as a hybrid intelligence company. Our tools are designed to support human-led business strategy and workflows. We take your privacy and the privacy of your contacts seriously.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, including the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), effective July 1, 2023.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Business or organization information
  • Assessment responses, intake forms, and documents you upload
  • Contact records you capture using cultivaite
  • Images you submit for AI extraction (business cards, signage, etc.)

We also collect technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, usage data, and cookies.

When you use AI-powered features, your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers such as Anthropic. These interactions may generate inferences based on your inputs.

2. cultivaite — Local Data Storage

cultivaite stores lead and contact data locally in your browser using localStorage. This data does not leave your device unless you choose to export it as a CSV or submit it through an AI feature.

When you use AI extraction (scanning a business card or using voice capture), the image or transcript is sent to the Anthropic API for processing. coaigence does not store these images or transcripts on our servers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cultivaite to capture third-party contact information complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including FCC consent requirements and CAN-SPAM regulations.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and improve our products and services
  • To personalize your experience
  • To send updates, announcements, and relevant communications
  • To respond to support inquiries
  • To maintain security and analyze usage

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Data is stored in secure, industry-standard systems. Access is restricted to authorized team members and contractors bound by confidentiality agreements. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant providers.

No system is entirely secure. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share data with trusted service providers including payment processors, email systems, CRM tools, and AI platforms. We may share information with legal authorities if required by law.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) — Your Rights

7. AI-Generated Data

Some coaigence services, including cultivaite, use AI to extract, generate, or enrich information based on user inputs. These outputs are provided to support your workflow and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated information before using it for outreach, CRM upload, or any other purpose. coaigence is not liable for errors in AI-generated data.

8. Outreach Compliance — Your Responsibility

cultivaite is a lead capture and market intelligence tool. When using contact data captured or generated by cultivaite for outreach purposes, you are responsible for compliance with:

  • FCC one-to-one consent rules for phone and SMS outreach
  • CAN-SPAM Act for email outreach
  • Connecticut CTDPA and any applicable state privacy laws
  • GDPR if contacting individuals in the European Union

coaigence recommends consulting a qualified legal professional regarding your specific outreach practices.
